Casual Leisure Attendant

Provide swimming pool cover and lifeguarding duties as required
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests within leisure areas
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all leisure facilities, including pool, reception and changing areas
Support reception duties when required
Assist with the opening and closing of the leisure facilities
Take responsibility for equipment, materials and facilities used within the department
Ensure all lost property is logged and handed to the appropriate department
Deliver a friendly, professional and welcoming service at all times

A Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ or equivalent) - essential
Previous experience in a leisure, pool, or customer-facing role
A friendly, approachable nature with excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
A proactive approach to safety, cleanliness and guest care
