Casual Front Office Agent

We're looking for a Casual Front Office Agent to join our team at Tŷ Hotel Newport. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play an important part in creating a warm welcome and ensuring every stay gets off to the best possible start.
Whether you're checking guests in, answering questions or helping solve a problem, you'll be someone our guests can rely on. In return, you'll join a supportive team within one of South Wales' leading hospitality businesses., Handling guest requests and resolving issues wherever possible
Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Supporting the team to deliver exceptional customer service at all times, All applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK. Evidence of eligibility will be required as part of the recruitment process in line with current UK Visas and Immigration regulations.
