Casual Front of House Team Member

As a Casual Front of House Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for residents and visitors at Leaf & Bean, ExtraCare Stoke Gifford Village.

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a friendly, welcoming environment
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation
• Support lunchtime café service and evening bar operations
• Operate the till and handle transactions accurately, following company procedures
• Ensure customer areas are clean, tidy, well presented and fully stocked
• Build positive relationships with residents and visitors
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience
• Follow Food Safety, Health & Safety and company procedures at all times
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns in line with procedures
  
  A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable chatting with residents and making them feel welcome
• Plenty of character and a willingness to get involved wherever needed
• Reliable and flexible, with availability to work evenings and weekends
• A strong team player who enjoys working with others
• Kitchen experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
