You'll help people feel confident and supported, whether they're visiting for the first time or are one of our regulars.You'll handle bookings and memberships, respond to questions and enquiries, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the centre. You'll also help maintain a clean, welcoming environment and provide first aid cover when required. There will be times when you're working independently, so confidence and reliability are important.About YouYou enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering great customer service. You're approachable, friendly and communicate clearly, even when things are busy.You're happy working in a customer-facing role, comfortable using IT systems, and confident dealing with questions or issues as they arise. You bring a positive, proactive attitude, enjoy being part of a team, and are always willing to help find solutions.Experience in a similar role is helpful, but what matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm and commitment to helping others.Why Choose LED?At LED, our people really matter.
