Casual Food & Beverage Assistant - In Room Dining

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and service-driven Casual Food & Beverage Assistant to join the team at Bvlgari Hotel London, with a primary focus on In-Room Dining and Private Events, while also supporting other Food & Beverage departments as required. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role within a five-star luxury environment, ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, flexibility and delivering exceptional service across different settings., As a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant, you will support the day-to-day delivery of luxury service across In-Room Dining, Private Events and wider Food & Beverage operations, depending on business needs. You will be part of a dynamic team, providing attentive, polished and personalised service to our guests, while upholding the highest standards of presentation, professionalism and care associated with the Bvlgari brand. This role operates on a casual contract, offering flexibility while providing exposure to multiple areas of a luxury hotel operation.,

• Deliver exceptional Food & Beverage service within In-Room Dining, including room service delivery and set-up across all meal periods
• Support the service and execution of Private Events, including meetings, banquets and bespoke functions
• Provide operational support across other Food & Beverage outlets when required
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and attention to detail at all times
• Engage with guests in a warm, professional and discreet manner
• Ensure all service areas, equipment and service items are set up, maintained and cleared correctly
• Follow all health & safety, hygiene and company procedures

We're seeking motivated individuals who demonstrate:
• A genuine passion for Food & Beverage service and guest experience
• A good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Previous experience within a luxury or five-star hospitality environment
• An excellent understanding of five-star service standards and expectations
• Immaculate personal presentation and a professional, polished approach
• Authentic, confident and engaging customer service skills
• Strong communication skills with good spoken and written English
• Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications are desirable, though passion and attitude are key
• Flexibility to work across departments, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Eligibility to work in the UK; additional languages are an advantage
