- Ensuring all guest accommodation is fully serviced and ready for arrivals.
- Checking cottages for quality, presentation, and maintenance issues.
- Replenishing guest supplies, linen, and amenities.
- Reporting maintenance requirements promptly.
- Supporting colleagues to achieve efficient cottage changeovers.
