Care that fits around your life
Looking for flexible work that genuinely makes a difference - and fits around school hours, family life, studies or another job?
At Beehive Care & Training Group Ltd, we understand that not everyone wants fixed hours. Our casual Community Care Worker roles are perfect if you want to work when it suits you, while doing something meaningful and rewarding.
Whether you're:

A parent returning to work or working around school hours
A student needing flexible paid work
Someone looking for a second job
Or simply wanting occasional work without committing to set hours

…this role offers flexibility, support and purpose.

The role - Community Care Worker (Casual)
We're recruiting flexible casual carers to support people living in their own homes across Honiton, Tiverton, Cullompton and nearby rural villages.
A casual contract means:

No fixed weekly hours
Work offered based on your availability
You stay in control of when and how much you work

You may be offered a mix of morning and evening shifts, with occasional weekend work if you're available - but you choose what fits around your life.

What you'll be doing
You'll support people to live independently and safely at home through:

Warm, respectful personal care
Help with meals, medication and daily routines
Light household support
Friendly, reliable companionship
Simple electronic visit notes using the Beehive Care app

Every visit matters - and you'll go home knowing you've made a real difference.

Why Beehive Care is a great fit
As both a care provider and a training provider, we invest in our people properly - even on casual contracts.
You'll receive:

£13.00 per hour
23p per mile mileage allowance
Paid training & nationally recognised care qualifications
Flexible working to suit your availability
Clear routes into permanent or higher-hour roles if you want them
28 days' holiday (pro-rata)
Employee Assistance Programme & staff discounts
Free uniform & PPE
Regular training days, team meetings & social events
A genuinely friendly, family-feel team

You'll also have access to our open-door office in Dunkeswell - pop in anytime for support, PPE, training help or just a cuppa
Even though you'll work independently, you're never on your own - our supportive office and management team are always there when you need us.
