JOB TITLE - Casual ChefDEPARTMENT -Parkgate Hotel KitchenCONTRACT TYPE - CasualRATE OF PAY - £12.71 per hourLOCATION - Cardiff, CF10 1DAOverviewWe are looking for a passionate and reliable Casual Chef to join our team at the beautiful Parkgate Hotel.As part of our kitchen brigade, you'll support the delivery of high-quality dishes across our restaurant and events offering, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
What you'll be doing:Assisting in the preparation and cooking of fresh, high-quality foodMaintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentationSupporting the team during busy service periodsHelping with stock control and kitchen organisationWorking flexibly across shifts, including weekends and evenings
What we're looking for:Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferredA passion for food and attention to detailA positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skillsThe ability to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work on a casual, as-needed basis
