As a Casual Chef, you'll take ownership of your section of the kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes and supporting a team that thrives on precision, creativity, and energy. Key Responsibilities: Manage your designated kitchen section, ensuring dishes are produced and presented to the highest standard Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu execution and special requests Maintain organisation, cleanliness, and efficiency in your section Mentor and support junior team members where required Consistently adhere to food safety and hygiene

Proven experience in a busy kitchen, ideally in professional catering, hospitality, or event environment Expertise in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain consistency and quality under pressure A genuine passion for food and a commitment to culinary excellence Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
