Casual Chef

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Casual Chef to join our team at the beautiful Parkgate Hotel.
As part of our kitchen brigade, you'll support the delivery of high-quality dishes across our restaurant and events offering, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

What you'll be doing:
Assisting in the preparation and cooking of fresh, high-quality food
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation
Supporting the team during busy service periods
Helping with stock control and kitchen organisation
Working flexibly across shifts, including weekends and evenings

Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred
A passion for food and attention to detail
A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work on a casual, as-needed basis
