Full Job Description

Make creative, tasty cocktails with ease and speed
Carry out cleaning of bar area and equipment on a regular basis
Be confident in taking orders for spirits, wine, beer, soft drinks etc, taking every opportunity to maximise sales in a discreet and professional manner
Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently
Work well as part of a team and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand
Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards

Passion and experience in mixology and cocktail creativity
Previous bar experience is required
Power to use your knowledge and charm to upsel
