Are you an experienced Social Worker with a passion for safeguarding adults and driving positive change through partnership working?
We're looking for a CASPA Lead Practitioner to lead complex safeguarding work across multiple agencies, ensuring vulnerable adults receive the right support at the right time. You'll chair multi-agency meetings, oversee complex case management, drive service improvements, and work collaboratively with partners to achieve the best outcomes for people with multiple vulnerabilities.

To be successful in this role, you'll be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England and have at least two years' post-qualification experience working with adults in complex social work settings. You'll bring a strong understanding of key legislation, including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Mental Health Act 1983 and Human Rights Act 1998, alongside experience of safeguarding and multi-agency working.
You'll be confident leading and influencing others, whether through mentoring, coaching, practice education or chairing multi-agency meetings. Strong communication, report writing and organisational skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with a wide range of partners while managing complex casework and driving positive outcomes.
We're looking for someone who is committed to continuous professional development, with specialist training in areas such as Trauma Informed Care, Psychological Informed Environments (PIE), Motivational Interviewing, Coaching or Reflective Listening being highly desirable. You'll also have a minimum Level 2 qualification in English, Maths and ICT, or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
