Full Job Description

  • Welcome customers: Greet every customer with a friendly attitude, a genuine smile and a willingness to help.
  • Explain our products: Confidently introduce customers to our menu, explain our products and answer questions to help them make informed choices.
  • Engage with customers: Naturally initiate conversations, identify customer needs and provide assistance without being pushy.
  • Deliver excellent customer service: Go above and beyond to create a welcoming and positive customer experience.
  • Operate the till: Process orders and payments accurately using the company's point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain efficient service: Handle orders promptly and accurately, particularly during busy periods.
  • Work under pressure: Stay calm, organised and approachable during peak hours and late-night shifts.
  • Maintain front-of-house standards: Keep the counter and customer-facing areas clean, tidy and presentable.
  • Support the team: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and colleagues to ensure smooth service.
  • Follow procedures: Comply with company policies and relevant food hygiene, health and safety and cash-handling standards.

    Tasty Crousty London is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and customer-focused individuals to join the front-of-house team at East London.
    • We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy interacting with others, have a naturally warm and welcoming personality, and can create a positive experience for every customer. The ideal candidates will be outgoing, approachable and confident when speaking with customers, with the ability to remain professional and positive in a busy, fast-paced environment. This role involves more than simply operating a till. We want team members who take the initiative to welcome customers, explain our products and go the extra mile to ensure every customer feels valued.

    This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work according to the restaurant's operational needs.
  • Evening and late-night availability is essential.
  • Availability to work weekends and during busy periods is required.
  • Candidates must be able to commit to a full-time schedule and the shift patterns required by the business.
