Case Manager Trainee

This 23 month Junior Case Manager (JCM) (AfC Band 5) traineeship provides structured on the job training and mechanisms for confirming competency. Successful completion of the programme will enable progression to interview for a Case Manager role (AfC Band 7). Main duties of the job A real-world experience where you can immerse yourself in the legal, clinical negligence claims management world, applying your knowledge in practical situations that will prepare you for future roles. Professional development where you will learn through the Training Programme of Development, mechanisms for confirming competency, practical on the job skills, participate in workshops, training sessions, and networking events that will expand your skill set and clinical negligence knowledge. • English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.

• Experience of working in a regulated or governance-driven environment (e.g., NHS, legal, insurance, public sector, complaints, investigations, financial services) and understanding the importance of compliance and process.
