You will be responsible for: + Will checking and backlog clearance + Drafting legal correspondence and notices + Liaising with banks and financial institutions + Completing compliance activities and searches + Supporting efficient progression of probate matters This role combines administration with early-stage legal process work and offers an excellent pathway into case management., + Managing non-complex probate and estate administration matters + Preparing probate applications and IHT documentation + Communicating with executors, beneficiaries, and institutions + Supporting clients through sensitive life events + Assisting Senior Case Managers on more complex estates This position offers the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise while delivering exceptional client care.Senior Case Manager An exciting opportunity for experienced probate professionals who enjoy combining technical expertise with mentoring and quality assurance responsibilities.
