Full Job Description
Location - This is a remote role based from home, however there is the requirement for weekly travel into London to visit client sites and undertake appointments face to face. About the Role In this role, you will manage ergonomic (Display Screen Equipment) assessments and workplace adjustment cases from referral through to resolution, supporting employees and clients with practical, evidence based recommendations. You'll build strong customer relationships, coordinate assessments, prepare professional reports, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver an exceptional service This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in ergonomics, DSE assessments, occupational health, wellbeing, case management, or customer account management. Full training and support will be provided for the right candidate,
- Manage ergonomic workstation assessment and workplace adjustment cases for a portfolio of clients from referral through to resolution.
- Provide practical advice and guidance to employees experiencing workstation, ergonomic or musculoskeletal concerns.
- Conduct assessments and prepare clear, professional reports with evidence based recommendations.
- Recommend appropriate products and workplace solutions to support employee wellbeing and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues.
- Ensure cases, actions and recommendations are accurately documented and managed through online systems.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure excellent service delivery and achievement of client SLAs.
- Work closely with Account Managers to identify opportunities to support and grow client accounts
Experience conducting DSE, ergonomic or workplace - Knowledge of workplace adjustments and musculoskeletal health.
- Background in ergonomics, health, physiology, occupational health or a related discipline assessments.
- Experience managing multiple cases or customer accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce professional reports
- Competent IT skills and confidence learning new systems.
