Job Title: Case Maintenance Operations Lead (Refrigeration)Location: SouthContract Type: PermenantWorking Hours: 45 hours per week - (Night Shift) (Monday - Thursday 18:00 - 05:30)Salary: CompetitiveWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Case Maintenance Operations Lead to join our team, working across the City Facilities Management group.The purpose of this role is to carry out a lead the predetermined refrigeration case maintenance programme in line SLA across all City Clients in your determined region. You will provide supervision and day to day management / support of the regional case maintenance teams within your defined area of responsibility.You will be responsible for managing both your technicians and client interactions, ensuring a customer-focused approach that builds trust and long-term partnerships. Service delivery must align with all legislative and regulatory standards, as well as agreed service levels.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular validation store visits and ensure case cleans are properly validated in IT systems.
  • Create remedial reports for each PPM and inform the National Manager of necessary actions.
  • Coordinate activities and administrative tasks of Case Maintenance Team Leaders in your area.
  • Act as the primary operational contact and escalation point for your teams.
  • Complete appraisals and deliver training for Case Maintenance Teams within your area.
  • Financial Responsibility
  • To carry out work in the most cost-efficient manner.
  • Ordering of materials to an agreed limit
  • People Responsibility
  • Represent the company professionally and build strong relationships with team members and leaders.
  • Lead and support Case Maintenance Teams through regular communication and visible leadership.
  • Manage performance, conduct, recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews, and absence processes.
  • Handle disciplinary, grievance, and colleague development matters as needed.
  • Serve as the main contact for Case Maintenance Teams and deputise for the National Manager when required.

    A cleaning background is essential.
  • Supervision of a medium sized team is essential.
  • Demonstratable experience of dealing with performance / conduct issues within a team environment.
  • Holds a full driving license.
