Full Job Description
- Completing a variety of carpentry and multi-trade tasks to prepare homes for re-let.
- Advising your Supervisor when additional trades are required.
- Working independently or alongside other operatives to complete void refurbishments.
- Completing daily work sheets detailing tasks completed and materials used.
- Ensuring all works are finished productively, safely, and to a high standard.
Full UK driving licence is essential. - NVQ L2 in Carpentry or similar trade qualification.
- Proven experience in carpentry and multi-trade work, preferably within voids or social housing.
- Ability to deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
