Full Job Description

Producing bespoke doors, windows, fitted furniture, staircases, and commercial joinery
Reading technical drawings and preparing cutting lists
Managing materials and maintaining quality standards
Setting up and safely operating workshop machinery, including planers, spindle moulders, and table saws
Keeping the workshop tidy and following health and safety procedures

Applicants should have proven experience as a bench joiner. An NVQ Level 2 or 3 is preferred but not essential. You should be confident working from drawings and to tight tolerances, able to work independently and as part of a small team, and reliable, tidy, and safety-conscious. Having your own tools is an advantage but not required.

Pay is £25-£30 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time hours are 40 per week, with part-time work also considered. Overtime is paid, and benefits include a pension, 28 days' holiday pro rata, a modern workshop, and stable year-round work. A paid trial day is available.
