Full Job Description
Duties include: To carry out a full range of duties to provide for high standards of cleanliness and general security and maintenance of school premises. To include handy person activities and cleaning duties.
- Designated key holder.
- Responsible for locking and unlocking premises.
- Setting security alarm systems as required.
- Responding to security alarm or other call outs.
- Regular legal, health & safety checks.
- Identify and report any deficiencies external or internal.
- Monitor & report fuel, electricity, water and taking readings.
- Monitor stock (cleaning materials).
- Arranging collection of waste.

25 hours per week- Split shifts Monday to Friday (2.5hrs am & 2.5pm) Job Share would be considered Whole Time Required to start as soon as possible.
