Full Job Description
The Estates Housing Team are responsible for ensuring we provide safe, clean and well-maintained homes for our tenants and leaseholders.
The Estate Caretaker will undertake minor repairs as well as carrying out block inspections, fire alarm testing, fly-tip removal and tenant engagement.
If you are an effective team worker who can engage with our tenants, are able to lift heavy loads, and have basic IT skills, we would love to hear from you. You can find out more by viewing the job description and person specification.

Salary: £27,274 - £29,070
