Summary

Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team in University of West London, St Mary's Rd, London W5 5RF on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £31,443.00 per annum and benefits package. Shift Pattern: Working Monday-Friday, alternating shift pattern. Week 1 - 7am-4pm, Week 2 - 1pm-10pm. Essential Criteria: Full UK Valid Driving License.

What will you deliver?

To perform all the duties specific to the role as per below including Ad-hoc requests from the client both internal and external when required.

Example of typical Duties :

• In this role, you will set up classrooms and exam rooms across all university sites according to user needs.
• You will help prepare for large events like Open Days, enrolment, and Graduation ceremonies by arranging furniture and equipment.
• You will also get student areas ready for practical activities and take care of the campus grounds by cleaning, jet washing, and cutting grass.
• Daily checks of classrooms to make sure everything is safe and working properly will be part of your duties.
• You will join site inspections before events, assist with moving internal departments, and collect mail from the depot to keep the university running smoothly.
