Full Job Description
- General caretaking tasks such as minor maintenance, cleaning and setting up spaces for events
- Building security including opening and locking up premises
- Ground keeping and ensuring outdoor areas remain tidy and safe
- Assisting the Estates Team with ad hoc tasks as required
Reliable and trustworthy individuals with a hands-on, can-do attitude - Basic practical skills in maintenance, cleaning and general caretaking
- A willingness to be flexible when required
- Enthusiasm for working within a diverse team and supporting a community resource
