caretaker

We are seeking an energetic and adaptable caretaker to help ensure the safety and maintenance of our teaching and learning centres allowing our pupils to thrive. Whilst a recognised trade would be advantageous, we are seeking a candidate with a willingness to learn, a good general skills set around maintenance and DIY, attention to detail and a positive 'can do' attitude., A basic knowledge of Welsh is required for this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this post., An Enhanced with Barred List Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this job. It is an offence to apply for the role if the applicant is barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children or adults at risk Welsh language level - verbal Level 2 - You will need a basic level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
