Full Job Description
As a Carer Support Adviser, you will be part of our Operational Team, helping to improve the lives of carers through your work. This role will include:
managing conversations with carers to identify need
writing statutory carers assessments on behalf of Lincolnshire County Council providing information, advice, and wellbeing support
