Full Job Description

We are looking for kind, dependable, and warm-hearted caregivers to join a well-established, supportive team caring for an elderly lady in her own home.
She is living with dementia, and our goal is to ensure she feels safe, happy, and well-supported in the environment she loves best.

If you are looking for a stable, permanent role where you can truly make a difference, we would love to hear from you.

What You Will Do
As part of our dedicated team, your day-to-day role will focus on enhancing her quality of life through:
Companionship: Engaging in conversation, activities, and bringing a positive energy into her home.

Outings: Accompanying her on trips to the local shops and gentle walks/outings.

Daily Support: Assisting with light meal preparation and general day-to-day routine support.

Day or Night Shifts: Monitoring and ensuring her comfort and safety during your chosen shifts.

What We Offer

Great Work Environment: You will be joining an established, welcoming team of carers who already know her routine well.

Flexibility: We offer flexible hours with both part-time and full-time positions available to suit your lifestyle.

Experience: Previous experience working with individuals living with dementia is highly valued, though a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature is the absolute priority.

Traits: Reliable, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to provide high-quality companionship and care.

Requirements: Driving is not essential for this role, as long as you can reliably travel to her home and assist with local shopping .
