Full Job Description

We are looking for a special kind of carer to support an incredible man with learning disabilities. For us, this role isn't just about traditional care-it's about companionship, connection, and creating great memories.

He loves getting out and about, and we want someone who will genuinely enjoy sharing these experiences with him. You will be joining a supportive family environment, working directly with us to make sure he lives his best life.

What You'll Be Doing:
Outings & Socializing: Taking him out for meals, trips to local spots, and fun day excursions

Hobbies & Interests: Helping him engage with his favorite hobbies and activities.

Match Days: Cheering on Liverpool FC! (Being a fellow Red is a massive bonus, but a willingness to celebrate their goals is essential!)

You don't need a mountain of formal qualifications, but you do need the right heart for the job. We are strictly looking for someone who brings:

Patience: The ability to meet him at his pace and understand his needs.

A Sense of Humor: Someone who loves a laugh and doesn't take life too seriously.

Warmth: A naturally kind, companionable, and chatty nature.

Travel: A driving licence is not essential, but it would be a distinct advantage for getting out and about.

Job Security: A permanent contract with paid holiday.

Flexible Hours: We are happy to tailor the schedule around the right candidate, whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work.

A welcoming, friendly, and respectful family environment.

Competitive pay based on experience.
The chance to make a real, tangible difference in someone's everyday happiness.
