Full Job Description
- Lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support.
- Deliver exceptional personal and social care, fostering independence and well-being.
- Utilise our electronic care platform, "Nourish," to ensure personalized care plans are met.
- Contribute to the planning and monitoring of resident care, ensuring the highest standards.
- Support the induction and ongoing training of Care Assistants.
- Embody Aurem Care's positive values in every aspect of your practice.
Proven experience as a Senior Carer. - NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
- Proficiency in medication management.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding care and supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

- Pay: £13.07 per hour.
- Full-time, including weekend work. Bank hours also available.
- Hours: 38.85 hours per week
- Day shifts: 8am - 8pm on Monday/Tuesday/Saturday and 8am - 2pm on Sunday per week
- 28 days annual leave (pro rata for part-time), including bank holidays.
