Full Job Description
- Coordinate careers appointments and maintain accurate records and tracking systems.
- Support the organisation and delivery of careers fairs, employer encounters, mock interviews and guest speaker events.
- Administer the Academy's work experience programme, liaising with students, parents, employers and external providers.
- Maintain effective relationships with employers, colleges, universities and training providers.
- Promote careers opportunities and events across the Academy.
- Support students by providing encouragement and helping them engage with careers and work experience opportunities.
- Work closely with the Careers Leader to ensure the successful delivery of the Academy's careers programme.
