Full Job Description
As Early Careers Transformation Manager, you will act as a key driver of our transformation activity, playing a key role in shaping and operationalising our Early Careers and Professional Education transformation agenda. You will translate strategic vision into actionable programmes, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact across all service lines, working collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure every learner's experience is consistent, inclusive and aligned with business priorities. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering best-in-class learning experiences, embedding continuous improvement, and driving operational excellence. Your work will directly influence how new joiners experience Deloitte from their very first day, helping them feel confident, connected, and ready to thrive. As part of our professional education transformation, you will work closely with stakeholders including across HR Services and Student Advisory Services to ensure we are delivering a best in class service for our student population. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including steering committees and business leaders, to brief, influence, and align on the future direction of our professional education offering. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will ensure that transformation activities are well governed, data driven and responsive to both internal and external drivers of change. Transformation Programme Management
- Supporting the strategic planning, governance, and execution of transformation programmes
- Drive the operationalisation of the Early Careers and Professional Education strategy, ensuring alignment with firmwide priorities and business needs
- Coordinate across cross functional teams and to manage complex programme portfolios
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, steering committee papers, and executive updates to ensure transparency, accountability and informed decision-making
- Support onboarding to ensure seamless transitions for new joiners and a connected experience from offer to induction completion Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, service lines, and external partners, acting as a key point of contact for transformation activities.
- Influence and brief senior leaders through strategy papers, presentations and data-driven insights to shape the approach to early careers and professional education.
- Champion collaboration and alignment across teams, ensuring a unified approach to programme delivery and transformation.
- Work in collaboration with our central services and suppliers to ensure holistic planning and execution of any transformation activity
- Act as a key point of contact for operational issues, escalating risks and sharing best practice across the Early Careers portfolio.
- Data Driven Decision Making & Continuous Improvement
- Lead the capture, analysis, and presentation of data to measure programme impact, inform strategic decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Help to develop and oversee dashboards and reporting mechanisms to evidence success, track KPIs, and share best practice across the portfolio.
- Translate insight into actionable improvements, ensuring programmes evolve in line with learner needs and business priorities.
- Leverage data and external benchmarking to proactively identify opportunities for innovation, digital solutions, and enhanced learner support. Governance, Risk & Wellbeing
- Ensure robust governance, compliance, and quality assurance across transformation activities, maintaining alignment with regulatory standards and Deloitte values.
- Embed principles of psychological safety, inclusion, and wellbeing into programme design and delivery.
- Monitor spend, manage risks and ensure issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
- Stay informed of evolving trends and compliance requirements across learning, inclusion, and wellbeing to continuously enhance programme delivery.

This role should be a means for you to do what you love and make a difference., Proven experience in programme management, transformation, or chief of staff roles within a large or matrixed organisation - Experience in managing governance structures, steering committees and executive communications
- Experience managing budgets, third party vendors and vendors, ensuring commercial value and compliance with procurement processes
- Data analysis and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations.
- Awareness of safeguarding, risk and compliance requirements
- Interest of professional education pathways, apprenticeships, apprenticeship levy and regulatory standards that govern early career learning environments Skills and Behaviours
- Strong presentation and data analysis skills - you are able to present complex ideas and data in a clear way to a range of stakeholders

- Experience of large scale project and change management skills, including agile methodologies
