You'll work across teams to ensure our quality management systems are robust, our reporting is insightful, and our services meet the highest standards. It's a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the implementation and oversight of quality governance frameworks, including ISO 9001 and Plan, Do, Review.
• Developing and maintaining KPIs and reporting systems that give us a clear view of performance across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Conducting internal audits and compliance reviews and supporting teams to act on findings.
• Analysing quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with regulatory and operational teams to ensure we meet all compliance requirements.
• Supporting training and capability building in quality management across the organisation.

• A strong background in quality governance, reporting, and compliance-ideally in a regulated or operational environment.

• Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
