Careers, Progression & Work Experience Coordinator

The Careers, Progression & Work Experience Coordinator supports students' future pathways by coordinating the school's careers programme, work experience provision and post-16/18 progression activities. The role builds strong partnerships with employers and education providers, organises key careers and Sixth Form events, and maintains high-quality guidance resources. Central to the role is promoting aspiration, ensuring positive destinations, and contributing to the school's ethos of helping every student achieve their potential.
