Full Job Description
The role requires the effective use of both Welsh and English to provide comprehensive bilingual administrative support, ensuring the effective delivery of University careers and employability services. Welsh language skills are essential for this role
Performing a variety of duties and practical tasks arising from the planning, promotion and delivery of transformative careers and employability activity, you will work closely with the Head of Careers and Employability to enhance services and support for students and graduates.
The successful candidate will be able to maintain and develop sustainable, efficient office systems and processes using a range of digital platforms, including Microsoft 365, Target Connect, Power BI, Moodle, LinkedIn Learning, University finance systems and the Service's social media channels.
Based at the Wrexham Campus, with activity delivered across all physical and digital locations, the Careers and Employability Service is a core part of the University's learning and teaching activity and the overall student experience.
