We are seeking a dedicated Careers Coordinator to join our team in an Other Support Position role. This key position will focus on guiding students through their career planning and development, helping them make informed decisions about their futures.

Minimum Experience: 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive careers guidance programs for students.
- Coordinate work experience placements and liaise with local employers.
- Provide one-to-one support to students exploring career options.
- Organize careers fairs, workshops, and guest speaker events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour market trends and educational pathways.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate careers education into the curriculum.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a careers advisory or coordination role within an educational setting or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of current career guidance practices, labour market information, and post-secondary education options.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, staff, and external partners.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient IT skills including use of databases for tracking student progress.
