Full Job Description
- · Organise and co-ordinate the programme of CEIAG events, including careers breakfasts, business mentoring and work experience, working with all key stakeholders. · Provide work experience placements for Young Apprenticeship students and Targeted work placements including liaising with external partners, communicating with staff and parents and maintaining records of safeguarding checks. · Continue to build up the portfolio of local businesses willing to engage with the College. · Support STEM curriculum areas, as well as the Careers and Personal Finance Values and Experience Day team, by co-ordinating events to enrich and extend the curriculum such as workshops, speakers, trips and events involving local business. · Become a single point of contact for work experience placements for Young Apprenticeship, Diploma and targeted pupils.
- Strong initiative and capability of working independently.
- Good educational background including English and Maths
- Experience of co-ordination of training programmes and events
- Experience of updating and editing website using a content management system
- Confident in supporting online meetings and training
