Full Job Description
- Providing career guidance and advice to employees and early careers cohorts, supporting career conversations.
- Support the design and delivery of career development initiatives, tools, and resources aligned with business needs.
- Promote career and early careers opportunities through workshop delivery, briefings and events, driving awareness and engagement.
- Ensure effective delivery of early careers programmes through ongoing development and continuous improvement activities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of career development practices, labour market trends, and best practice in early careers.
- Collect and analyse feedback and data to evaluate the effectiveness of career initiatives, using insights to inform improvements
- Lead the attraction and recruitment of early talent, including apprentices, graduates, and interns.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as schools, colleges, and universities to support talent pipelines.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in delivering guidance and facilitating sessions.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and professionalism.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for career development.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Valid driving licence with access to own vehicle (essential)
