Career Ready Intern

Are you curious, motivated, and ready to learn more about the world of work? We're looking for a Career Ready Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and welcoming environment.
This internship is designed to help you build confidence, develop workplace skills, and explore different career paths - no previous experience needed.
What You'll Be Doing
During your internship, you may:
Support the team with a variety of day-to-day tasks, with guidance from your supervisor
Get involved in projects and collaborate with interns and colleagues across the business
Share ideas on how processes could be improved or made more efficient
Create and deliver a presentation at the end of your placement about what you've learned or worked on
Meet people from different departments and learn about a range of career opportunities, This is a daily office-based placement, and you'll have a familiar point of contact each day to support you throughout your internship. We aim to create a comfortable and respectful environment where you can feel confident and settled.
