Job Description

We have a new opportunity for a Regional Engineering Manager for our South East area. Growing the region's contractual service income (currently over 2.5 million) through liaising with new and existing customers to expand service offerings.

Managing engineering performance to make sure we attain 95% response targets to our customer base.

Managing PPM performance, attaining 100% completion of scheduled works within the month.

Managing first fix performance, looking for ways to improve on an already strong performance.

General performance management of a team of 12 engineers to ensure all G4S Values and processes are followed.

Overseeing small works.

Managing reactive billing and planned works to attain a monthly income in line with P&L.

Customer meetings and account management. There is much more to the role, but these are the headlines.

The position will be 40 hours per week, 25 days annual leave (+Bank Holidays). Company car, pension, phone, laptop. Successful candidates must be located in the South East for ease of reach to both customers and local engineering base.
