  You'll have solid experience working within the water sector or a closely related infrastructure discipline, whether that's in design, civil, mechanical, electrical or environmental work.
You're comfortable delivering on complex, multi-disciplinary programmes and you understand the demands of working within the regulated water industry. You'll hold a relevant qualification in your discipline and ideally be working towards or holding a chartership. You're someone clients and colleagues trust, and you take the development of the people around you seriously.
