Full Job Description

Committed Solutions Ltd is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Workers/Home Care Workers to provide high-quality person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes and within the community.

The role involves supporting service users with personal care, daily living activities, mobility, meal preparation, medication support in accordance with the care plan, companionship and maintaining their independence, dignity and wellbeing.

Care Workers will follow individual care plans, maintain accurate care records, report any concerns or changes in a service user's condition, and work closely with colleagues and other professionals to ensure safe and effective care.

Applicants must be committed to delivering safe, respectful and compassionate care and be willing to work flexibly according to the needs of our service users.
