Care Workers

Working for a domiciliary care provider based in Surrey to support older people and adults who need to live well in their homes.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with personal care, including washing,dressing and grooming

2. Support with daily routines and encouraging independence

3. Preparing meals and helping with food and drinks

4. Supporting people with medication in line with the care plans and training

5. offering companionship,reassurance and company

6. Helping with light house tasks

7. Noticing change in someone's wellbeing and reporting it promptly

8. Keeping accurate information and records and updating office and colleagues

1. The right to work in the UK without sponsorship

2. a full driving licence and access to own vehicle

3. An enhanced DBS check including adult barred list, which we arrange and pay

1. £13/hour, Permanent role/Full time

2. Paid training and induction including the care certificate

3. 28days paid annual leave including bank holidays

4. Mileage allowance

5. Regular supervision and annual appraisal

6. Funded qualification and real progress

7. Workplace pension
