Full Job Description

Supporting individuals with personal care needs such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
Assisting with medication administration and documentation in line with care plans.
Preparing meals and assisting with eating and drinking where required.
Promoting independence and encouraging service users to engage in daily living tasks.
Building positive relationships with individuals and their families.
Supporting emotional well-being and recognising signs of distress or changes in behaviour.
Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in the home.
Respecting confidentiality and always maintaining professional boundaries.

A commitment to putting people first.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience preferred but not essential - full training provided.
UK Driving licence and own vehicle is essential within certain routes/locations (We pay 30p per mile fuel allowance)
Weekend availability, This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have current and valid permission to work in the UK.
You'll need a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle. To cover travel between clients, you'll also need business use included on your own car insurance - this is usually a quick and inexpensive addition to your existing policy.
