- Provide direct care and support to all individuals who utilise our service.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and companionship.
- Provide safe and compassionate care and support that is person-centred.
- Perform personal care tasks as outlined in the client's care plan.
- Create and maintain good communication with clients and other members of the support network.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
- Monitor and report any changes to care managers.

Requirements - Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (with business insurance), Excellent verbal and written communication.
