Care Worker

Working as part of our highly skilled night team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort and wellbeing of people living with dementia. You will provide leadership and support to care colleagues while maintaining high standards of person-centred care throughout the night., As a Senior Care Worker, you will:

Lead and support the night care team to deliver exceptional dementia care

Ensure the dignity, independence and wellbeing of residents are always promoted

Act as a role model, providing guidance and supervision to care staff

Administer medication safely in line with policies and procedures

Complete care records and documentation accurately

Respond effectively to changing needs and emergency situations

Promote a safe, caring and homely environment during night-time hours

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working within health and social care, ideally supporting people living with dementia

Holds, or is willing to work towards, a relevant Health and Social Care qualification

Has experience supervising or leading a team

Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills

Is caring, reliable and committed to delivering person-centred care
