Care Worker

The role requires a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), the Care Certificate (if new to care), First Aid and Manual Handling certificates, Medication Training, and a clear enhanced DBS for adults and children. A Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is also listed. Any specialist training such as dementia care or safeguarding is desirable. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to dignity, respect, and safeguarding.
