Quantum Care is a not-for-profit organisation delivering high-quality care services to over 2,000 older adults across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Essex. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team, providing compassionate support, upholding dignity, and enabling residents to enjoy fulfilling daily lives within our homes. Care Team Manager Contract: Full-time Hours: 35 hours per week Shift times: 7am to 2.30pm and 2pm to 9.30pm | Weekdays and Alternate Weekends Step into a role where your leadership truly shapes the everyday experience of those in your care. As our Care Team Manager, you'll be at the heart of a warm, supportive home-guiding a dedicated team, championing high standards, and ensuring every resident feels valued, respected, and empowered. What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the home with confidence, ensuring all services meet company policies and National Care Standards Commission requirements.
• Taking an active role in care and housekeeping duties, always promoting dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Overseeing domestic operations to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Upholding our Equal Opportunities policy in every aspect of your work.
• Inspiring and motivating your care team by setting a positive, professional example.
• Enhancing residents' quality of life while keeping the home running smoothly day to day.
