At least two years' experience working in a social care environment. Qualified to at least QCF level 2. This is a full time role working 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends. Please note this is a position working night shifts. A day in the life of a Care Team Leader Companionship - Provide support, communication and engagement with
our residents., care, supporting mobility, planning social activities, administering medication, and managing documents.
