Join the Agincare family as a Care Team Leader at Laurel Dene. You'll help shape a supportive home for residents and the team. With a pay of £16.50 per hour, the position includes a refer-a-friend scheme and career development opportunities. Applicants should have a QCF Level 3 qualification or above and experience in a senior care role. The role involves leading a team, providing high-quality care, planning activities, and administering medication. You'll work 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
