Full Job Description

Field Supervision & Support: Conduct spot-checks, competency assessments, and shadow training for new and existing Care Assistants in the field.
Care Assessment & Planning: Carry out initial client assessments, write detailed digital care plans, and review risk assessments as clients' needs evolve.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all home visits meet CQC compliance standards, audit medication MAR charts, and review daily log notes.
On-Call Support: Participate in the shared out-of-hours emergency on-call rota to assist field staff and manage roster adjustments.
Direct Care: Cover client visits in emergency situations or staff absences to guarantee continuity of care.

License & Transport: Full UK Driving License (Essential).
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Domiciliary/Community Care, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory capacity(Preferred)
Compliance: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to undertake one).
Preferred Skills: Proficiency with digital care planning apps (e.g., Access Care Planning)., Previous experience as a carer
