Care Team Leader
Package Description: Are you an experienced care professional ready for your next step? Looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference and support others to thrive? What we offer:

Were looking for:
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
- At least 2 years experience in social care
- QCF Level 2 (or above)
- 36 hours per week (day shifts)
- Availability to work alternate weekends
Your role:
- Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
- Support residents with personal care and daily living
- Encourage independence and wellbeing
- Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
- Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
- Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
- Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management
